Verotti Bathroom Culture Pty Ltd (“Verotti”) takes pride in the highest of manufacturing standards and confidence in product quality and reliability. For that extra peace of mind, Verotti provides a warranty program that comprehensively covers our full range of products.
In addition to Australian Consumer Law, Verotti offers varying warranty periods that are effective from the date of purchase or handover. Verotti warrants against faulty materials or workmanship provided the product has been used, installed and cared for in accordance to our instructions and are subject to the terms and conditions that follow.
Service areas under warranty are within metropolitan areas and normal operating areas of the nearest authorised dealer of Verotti within a 30km radius. Service calls will be carried out by Verotti or its nominated agent and within normal working hours, Monday to Friday. Where service calls are outside the area of coverage, Verotti, at its discretion, may arrange for replacement product/s accordingly. Verotti reserves the right to request for the return of faulty item/s for further inspection.
CARING FOR YOUR PRODUCTS
Preservation and durability supported by quality materials and components, chosen to deliver the utmost premium finished product.Based on our knowledge and experience, in order to safeguard your products for years to come, we recommend the following care advice, which is intended to provide maintenance instructions as a guideline and not reasonable grounds for warranty or liability claims.
WC
Wipe dry surfaces with a soft cloth or duster to remove surface dust. Never use abrasive cleaning materials, only a damp sponge with mild household detergent or a soft cloth.
Strong abrasive materials will only remove the gloss or finish and will scratch and dull the surface. Use toilet bowl cleaners on the inside of the bowl only.
Do not use in-tank cleaners as they can damage the valves and/or other working mechanisms.Rinse all surfaces thoroughly with clean water ensuring all cleaning solution has been removed and no residue remains.Regular checking of seat hinges should be carried out to tighten accordingly as frequent use may cause them to loosen.
TAPWARE
Only use a damp sponge or soft cloth with mild detergent to clean tapware.
Never use an abrasive material such as a scouring pad or one with bristles as this will scratch the surface.
HARSH CHEMICALS should never be used as they will damage the rubber seals and destroy the plating. Chemicals containing mineral acids and waxes should never be used.
Rinse all surfaces thoroughly with clean water ensuring all cleaning solution,shampoo and soap has been removed and no residue remains, then wipe dry with a clean soft cloth.
LAVABO
Mild soapy water and a soft damp cloth is all that is required to clean and maintain washbasins. Approved cleaners can also be used to help remove soap scum deposits.
HARSH CHEMICALS should never be used as they will damage the rubber seals and destroy the plating on overflow caps. Chemicals containing mineral acids should never be used.
Rinse all surfaces thoroughly with clean water after every use to ensure substances such as toothpaste are removed to avoid staining. Never use abrasive cleaning materials.
Avoid placing hot appliances on products as these will cause discolouration and markings.
Shower Screen
First test your cleaning products on an inconspicuous area use.
Shower / Bath Screen should be wiped down after every use.
Squeegee glass, dry hardware and/or aluminium frame to minimise water spots and mineral deposits.
Do not use strong solvents or solutions containing chlorinated hydrocarbons, esters or ketones.
Never use cleaners containing abrasives, ammonia bleach, acids, waxes, alcohol or solventsas they may damage the finish. Use of harsh cleaning agents may void warranty obligations.
Avoid abrasive materials, use only a damp sponge or soft cloth.
Never use an abrasive material such as a bristle brush or scouring pad to clean metal or glass surfaces.
Regular Cleaning should be undertaken to maintain new condition.
Use only pH neutral warm mild soapy water to wash down complete screen. Wipe all surfaces clean using a damp soft, sponge or equivalent.
Rinse all surfaces thoroughly with clean water ensuring all cleaning solution has been removedand no residue remains. Remember to wipe down and dry your shower screen.
Maintain a dry ventilated bathroom at all times.

Based on our knowledge and experience, in order to safeguard your products for years to come, we recommend the following care advice, which is intended to provide maintenance instructions as a guideline and not reasonable grounds for warranty or liability claims.
Never use an abrasive material such as a bristle brush or scouring pad to clean Concrete surfaces as this will scratch the surface or harsh chemicals that can penetrate the seal.
Never use cleaners containing abrasives, ammonia bleach, acids, waxes, alcohol or solvents as they may damage the finish. Use of harsh cleaning agents may void warranty obligations.
Regular Cleaning should be undertaken to maintain new condition.
Use only pH neutral warm soapy water and a soft damp cloth is all that is required to clean and maintain your concrete baths & basins. Rinse all surfaces thoroughly and maintain a regular cleaning procedure to help avoid build up off dirt & grime. Wiping the surface dry after use with a dry microfibre cloth will aid in maintaining the surface finish.
Due to the make and material of our concrete baths & basins, discolouration may develop overtime if exposed to direct sunlight. It will also contract with heat exposure. It is recommended to avoid or reduce such exposure to these elements.
Scratches, Edge Chipping & Cracks
Avoid impact on edges and surface with hard or sharp objects.
Overtime, your baths and/or basins may develop scratches and marks from day to day use. This is inline with natural ageing process and wear and tear of the material and it is not considered and/or deemed to be a fault with product.

Warranty claims on concrete baths or basins will be voided if the installation of waste does not include rubber seals on the top and bottom of the baths or basins.
By submitting this warranty claim, you have acknowledged and agreed to the terms outlined in the warranty policy. Please attach the tax invoice along with any photos or videos that substantiate your claims.
